About
Hello, I'm Beatrice
Montessori educator supporting children and families
I'm Beatrice Favalli, an AMI Montessori-trained educator with an MA in Education and more than ten years of experience working with children and families across six countries.
My work centres on understanding each child: their interests, strengths, ways of learning and the support they need to become more confident and independent.
I offer personalised Montessori home visits for children, alongside guidance and dedicated coaching for parents.

My values
What guides my work
Looking closely
Children communicate through their choices, actions and responses. Careful observation helps me understand where to offer a challenge, when to step back and when more support is needed.
Making learning meaningful
Hands-on experiences allow children to explore ideas through doing. I prepare activities that connect with their interests and offer achievable opportunities to practise.
Encouraging independence
Small moments of doing something for themselves can matter deeply to children. I give them time to attempt tasks, make choices and discover what they can do.
Working with the family
Parents bring essential knowledge of their child. Our conversations help connect the work we do during sessions with everyday life at home.
My story
Experience that shapes my approach
I have worked with children and families all around the world, in many different countries, cultures and educational settings. Along the way I learned to speak five languages, and, just as importantly, to listen. Every family has its own rhythm, values and hopes, and every child grows in their own way.
This is where my passion for early childhood and for working alongside families comes from: years of observing and understanding child development across cultures, and seeing again and again how children flourish when the adults around them feel understood and supported too.
My Montessori training and MA in Education give my work a strong foundation. My international experience helps me adapt that knowledge to the child, and the family, in front of me.
Alongside my work with families, I have also worked for a multinational company, so I understand the realities of international careers, relocation, and children growing up between languages and cultures. I welcome working with organisations as well as individual families.
I mainly support children aged 2–7 and consider work with older children individually.
What families say
What families say about me
"Both of my children have attended Montessori school, and one of them was fortunate enough to have Miss Favalli as their lead teacher. She has such a beautiful, creative spirit that children are naturally drawn to. She really sees each child for who they are, celebrating their individuality and encouraging what is unique in them.— Sarah, mum of 2, London
My daughter has also had the pleasure of attending workshops with Beatrice and always comes home telling me how much fun the experience has been.
Beatrice is a very special educator and guide. It's rare to find someone who brings such warmth, creativity and generosity of spirit to their work with children. We feel lucky to know her and look forward to working with her more, and to our children continuing to benefit from her nurturing presence and guidance."
"One of my children was fortunate to have Ms Favalli as a Montessori teacher, and now both of my kids attend her creative and art tutoring sessions. She has a remarkable ability to connect with children, nurturing their creativity and confidence through engaging, thoughtful activities. My kids always look forward to their time with her and are so inspired and proud of what they've accomplished. I couldn't recommend her more highly to any family seeking a caring and talented educator."— Paula, mum of 2, London
