Booking & Cancellation Terms

These terms apply to Montessori home visits and parent coaching provided by Beatrice Favalli (Ask Miss Favalli).

Booking

Every programme begins with a free 20-minute consultation. If we agree to work together, I will confirm your programme, session dates and full fee in writing before you book.

Payment

  • Programmes and coaching packages: a 50% deposit secures your session dates. The remaining balance is due before the first session.
  • Single taster visits and single coaching sessions are paid in full when booking.
  • Payment is by bank transfer. I will send my bank details with your invoice.

There are no travel charges.

Sessions

  • Montessori home visits last 90 minutes and take place weekly or fortnightly throughout the year, including half-term.
  • Parent coaching sessions last 60 minutes and take place online or in person at your home in London.
  • A parent or carer must remain at home throughout every home visit.
  • Programmes and packages are designed to be used within a set period: three sessions within 8 weeks, and six sessions within 16 weeks.

Single taster visit

A single taster visit costs £175. If you book the three-session introduction within two weeks of the taster visit, the taster counts as the first session and the remaining £275 is payable. After two weeks, the taster is not deducted.

Your right to cancel

When you book, you have 14 days to change your mind and receive a full refund (your "cooling-off period"). If you ask me to start sessions within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay only for the sessions that have already taken place.

Changing or cancelling a session

  • Please give at least 48 hours' notice to move or cancel a session. I will arrange a new date with you at no charge.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed, are charged in full.
  • I understand that children become unwell. Once per programme, you may move a session at short notice because of your child's illness without charge.

Ending a programme early

If you decide to stop a programme after the cooling-off period, please let me know in writing. Sessions not yet delivered will be refunded at the programme rate. Sessions already delivered, or charged under the terms above, are not refunded.

Cancellation by me

If I need to cancel a session, I will give you as much notice as possible and we will arrange a new date. If we cannot find a suitable date, I will refund that session in full.
