When you fill in the enquiry form on this website, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, your child's age, your postcode, and your message. I do not collect any other personal information.
How I use your information
I use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with me, to provide my services to your family. I use a small number of trusted services to run this website and my sessions: Formspree (to receive enquiry form messages), Calendly (to book consultations) and, for online coaching, a video-call service such as Zoom or Google Meet. I do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
Where your information is stored
Enquiries submitted through this website are handled by Formspree (formspree.io), a secure service that forwards your message to my email. Formspree stores messages securely and does not use them for any other purpose. You can read Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Booking a consultation
When you book a consultation, Calendly collects the details you enter, such as your name and email address. You can read Calendly's privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.
How long I keep your information
I keep your details for as long as necessary to provide you with the service, and for up to two years after our work together ends in case you get in touch again. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

- Ask me to correct any inaccurate information.
- Ask me to delete your information.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
