Support that starts with understanding your child
Perhaps your child needs constant encouragement to stay with an activity. They may become frustrated when something feels difficult, hesitate to try unfamiliar things, or need more support with early reading and writing.
Or perhaps you want to nurture their curiosity and independence through thoughtful, individual attention.
I begin by getting to know your child: what interests them, how they approach learning and where they need support. From there, I prepare activities that meet them where they are and give them room to grow.
Learning and development, connected
Our sessions bring together the skills that help children feel more capable in learning and everyday life.
Concentration
Engaging activities help your child practise focusing, repeating, solving problems and staying with something that interests them.
Confidence and independence
Your child has opportunities to make choices, try new things and experience the satisfaction of doing something for themselves.
Foundations for learning
Hands-on Montessori activities support phonics, reading, writing and maths, adapted to your child's stage of development.
Social and emotional skills
Through our interactions and activities, we practise expressing needs, taking turns and working through frustration.
A home visit designed around your family
Each visit lasts 90 minutes, usually including around one hour working directly with your child and time for parent observation, discussion and feedback.
Sessions may include practical activities, movement, language, number work, creative exploration and play. The balance changes according to your child's age, interests and needs.
You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what we are working on and practical suggestions to support your child between visits.

What families say about me

Always looking forward to it
"Our children have already learned and developed so much from their first few sessions with Miss Favalli. They genuinely look forward to them and are so happy to show us what they've learned and the work they've created."

Special Educator and Guide
"Both of my children have attended Montessori school, and one of them was fortunate enough to have Miss Favalli as their lead teacher. She has such a beautiful, creative spirit that children are naturally drawn to. She really sees each child for who they are, celebrating their individuality and encouraging what is unique in them.
My daughter has also had the pleasure of attending workshops with Beatrice and always comes home telling me how much fun the experience has been.
Beatrice is a very special educator and guide. It's rare to find someone who brings such warmth, creativity and generosity of spirit to their work with children. We feel lucky to know her and look forward to working with her more, and to our children continuing to benefit from her nurturing presence and guidance."— Sarah, mum of 2, London

Patient, engaging and skilled
"Beatrice helped my 8 year old daughter who was a little behind in reading and spelling as a result of re-locating from abroad and starting her learning experience in another language. Beatrice was a kind, patient, engaging and skilled and my daughter has now caught up with her peers. Beatrice was also a delightful person to have around! Highly recommend."
— Charlotte, mum in London

Healthy Boundaries
"We were looking for support in building autonomy for our daughter as she's oftentimes asking for snacks & encourage a healthy relationship with food. Miss Favalli helped us with figuring out a way to give her a sense of agency by designing a simple snack station. What stuck with me from our session is how simple and manageable Beatrice made it to be more boundaried with our child."
— Stefan, dad in Portugal

Caring and talented educator
"One of my children was fortunate to have Ms Favalli as a Montessori teacher, and now both of my kids attend her creative and art tutoring sessions. She has a remarkable ability to connect with children, nurturing their creativity and confidence through engaging, thoughtful activities. My kids always look forward to their time with her and are so inspired and proud of what they've accomplished. I couldn't recommend her more highly to any family seeking a caring and talented educator."

Student development is optimal and most of all enjoyable
"Miss Favalli is a special teacher. She has an intuition which allows for a deep connection with the student. She uses her extensive experience of Montessori and tailors it to ensure that the student's development is optimal and most of all enjoyable. In short, our child loved her, asked for her more, and learned at the same time. What more could one ask for!"
— Katerina N., mum of 3, London

"I started coaching sessions with Beatrice while I was changing careers and looking to build my confidence. Our sessions were deeply helpful in encouraging me to connect with my different strengths, and in supporting me to manage my energy levels while launching a new business. I feel clearer and more grounded as a result. I really appreciated Beatrice's curiosity, respect and compassion. She really believes in you and wants you to believe in yourself. I recommend coaching with Beatrice wholeheartedly."
